(3) customer self purchased Wi-Fi devices and routers does not come under ISP terms and conditions and is not responsibility of ISP

(4) under free installation policy if ISP installed wire is been damaged subscriber has to pay wire charges depending on wire type below are the charges mentioned

[2] CAT5 E 4pair = 500/-

[3] 2 core ftth fiber = 350/-

[4] 2 core ftth outdoor = 500/-

(5) Invoice to the subscriber will be provided through online pdf format or subscriber need to collect it
